A VIEW OF THE WEST

My apartment lacks a little bit in the area of scenic viewing. Most windows look out onto other windows of other people. The back porch is somewhat of a letdown in that there is garbage and rats and an endless noise of some kind of machine. However, you can view the sunrise in the East and the sunset in the West, and there's plenty of sky out here. There's also a magical billboard that's half covered by trees. The leafy or naked branches usually obscure the product or service that's being advertised and something magical happens where you get all kinds of special messages delivered to you. Once there was a big heart and a cats face, once there was a lady wearing all purple, once it said BIG DECISIONS? WE CAN HELP, which felt especially meaningful. Once it was just a Big Mac floating against the sunset. Today's message: Meet the Future
